Delivery countries

We deliver to Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Austria, France, Poland and Switzerland. Standard shipping to all of these countries is free on every order, with no minimum order value.

Each market has its own website and currency:

Estimated delivery time

These times apply to all our delivery countries. Order processing: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 5–7 business days. Total estimated delivery time: 6–9 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

The delivery time is an estimate. Public holidays or transport disruptions may affect delivery. Contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated time.

Order processing cut-off time

The cut-off time is 10:00 Central European Time (CET/CEST, time zone Europe/Paris), which is the local time in all our delivery countries. Orders placed after the cut-off time start being processed on the next business day.

Tracking and delivery address

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email. Please check the delivery address in your order confirmation. Contact us as soon as possible if anything is wrong; a change cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
